Problem z uruchomieniem MGS1 na PC

Na dobrym starym piecyku postanowiłem sobie przejść MGS1 (jako, że MGS2 to już kilka razy rozwalony w tą i we inną). Po zdobyciu wersji oryginalnej (nawet nie wiedziałem, że to takie trudne) uradowany wcisnąłem płytę do napędu, zainstalowałem... Zmieniam tryb zgodności na Windowis 98/2000 odpalam... I wywala taki błąd.

Geforce 6600GT, sterowniki najnowsze. Pentium 4 3,20 Windowis XP SP 3.

Ale odpala się w software renderingu? Czy w ogóle się po tym nie włącza?

PSX - ok 60zł. MGS na konsolę drugie 60zł. Chyba warto dla bezproblemowej (i na wyższym MGSowym poziomie, vide jakośc pecetowej konwersji) gry?

Tja, ja naprawdę nie mam ochoty wyrzucać kasy na konsole zeby pograć sobie w jedną grę (szczególnie, że dochodzi jeszcze przejściówka - nie mam tv).

Pozatym jak juz tak idę to mi lepiej kupic ps2 - przy okazji zobaczyłbym MGS3. A jak to już jesteśmy to najlepiej kupic PS3 - czwórkę z chęciąbym zobaczył.

Po prostu mówie, że za konsole+grę zapłąciłbyś niewiele więcej niż za pecetowego nienajlepiej skonwertowanego MGSa. PS2 (czy PS3) to już wydatek dużo wiekszy.

Zwłaszcza, kiedy są średnie szansze żeby to poszło na Twoim stosunkowo zbyt nowym na te grę sprzęcie.

Cóż, widziałem posty gdzieś na angielskim forum gdzie gra chodziła spokojnie-spokojnie na o wiele lepszym sprzęcie.

Po prostu mówie, że za konsole+grę zapłąciłbyś niewiele więcej niż za pecetowego nienajlepiej skonwertowanego MGSa.

Kod: Zaznacz cały: Just extract the file in your MGS folder and run fix.bat Some notes: - The patch only works on the NoCD version of the game (available at gamecopyworld.com), therefore you should install the game in full mode, and then apply the NoCD patch (if you install in minimal mode, you will not get most of the cutscenes and audio of the game after applying the NoCD patch). That will take about 1GB on your disk. - Whenever a subtitle is displayed, the game lags. The more the text length, the more lag you get. I think it's because of the use of DirectDraw7 in the game, or maybe this fix causes the lag (8 bit palettized texture, ...). You can turn the "Captions" option off in the options menu. - Stealth camouflage causes a lot of pain on the game. For example, when you face the ninja in stealth, if you don't turn your thermal goggles on, you won't be able to play without much lag. Turning off the "Water and ninja effects" in the options menu may help (I didn't try that yet). - I didn't test these 2 bugs in software mode, but I think they're only in hardware mode. One other hint: The game is much more lagged in the above cases in 1024x768 (640x480 is better). Hope this works for you, please let me know whether it works or not.
